Join a 12-week weight loss program that includes the training, resources, support and MOTIVATION you need to achieve your goals!
Program includes weekly meetings at the downtown New Castle YMCA, free YMCA membership, and a web-based support group. Participants will receive points for attending the lectures, self-reports of physical activity, and body percentage loss per week.
