Project Learning Tree Educator Workshop

Project Learning Tree (PLT) is an award-winning environmental education program designed for educators working with students from pre-K to twelfth grade. This workshop is open to all educators, from formal teachers to naturalists, scout leaders and others! This workshop is very hands-on with activities such as Tree Identification, Fall Foliage Hike, Paper Making and a super cool experiment with chlorophyll. Earn Six Act 48 hours while experiencing the sights, sounds and smell of FALL through engaging hands-on activities near the shore of Lake Arthur. Participants explore and receive the PreK-8 Environmental Education Activity Guide. Bring a sack lunch and dress for outdoor fun.
